NCCOS scientist Marie DeLorenzo was recognized by the NOAA Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions Center Champions Working Group. She received an award for student mentoring, graduate student training, and participation in professional development programs at the NOAA Center for Coastal and Marine Ecosystems.
